When you hire a new employee, you can send their profile information from Tes ATS to your EduPay account to fast-track payroll setup.
This automatically creates a payroll account for this employee once an offer is accepted and HR paperwork is approved.
This option is available if your school uses our Recruitment ATS and EduPay solutions to manage HR and payroll records.
How to send details to EduPay
Employee details can be sent to EduPay when moving an applicant into ‘Accepted offers’, or afterwards if paperwork isn’t yet approved.
- Log in to your Tes Recruitment ATS and go to Connect.
- Search for and select the relevant job vacancy to open.
- You can either search for the candidate by name or select which part of your application track they’re in to show their profile card.
- To move the successful applicant from their existing status, select Move applicant > Accepted offers
- When you're ready, select Send details to EduPay (under View application.)
If this option is disabled, you may need to check EduPay is connected to your Tes account.
Now the applicants’ details will be visible in EduPay so payroll can fast track setting them for their first day on the job.
