We've introduced a new reporting dashboard and several improvements to the ATS user interface to help schools better understand the performance of their job adverts and navigate the platform more easily.
These enhancements provide greater visibility of recruitment activity, improved reporting accuracy and a streamlined experience when managing vacancies.

What metrics are visible on the reporting dashboard?
The reporting dashboard is displayed at the top of the first page you see when you log into the ATS.
The dashboard provides a quick overview of your vacancy advert's performance, helping you understand how candidates are engaging with your adverts and converting.
Enhanced performance metrics
The dashboard now includes the following metrics:
- Impressions: the number of times your vacancy has been shown to jobseekers
- Job Views: the number of times a vacancy has been viewed (previously referred to as Vacancy Views)
- Job Interactions: a new metric showing engagement with your vacancy
- Apply Clicks: a new metric showing how many users clicked through to apply
- Applications: the number of applications received
- Average Time to Hire: the average time taken to successfully fill a vacancy
These enhanced insights make it easier to measure your recruitment performance.
Expanded vacancy reporting
The All Vacancies table has been enhanced with additional performance data, including:
- Status
- Views
- Interactions
- Applications
- New Applications
- Conversion Rate
This allows you to compare vacancies more effectively and identify which adverts are generating the strongest results. You can navigate to your draft, open or archived vacancies using this table.
How do I find my reporting dashboard?
Once you log in to your ATS, the reporting dashboard will be the first thing you and your hiring team can see. From the dashboard, you can navigate to your vacancies, create new vacancies or message applicants and search the candidate database.
