Accessing the Tes Staff Management Application Tracking System

How to log in and get started tracking your recruitment activities

 

To access your Application Tracking System (the system) from within the Tes portal (your portal), an Administrator needs to assign you role permissions on your Portal, these will then pull through automatically to the ATS. Once this is done, follow these steps below to get started.

 

  1. Log in to your School Portal via the Tes website
  2. You’ll see a list of Tes products you have access to as part of your Staff Management subscription. To log in to your system, select Book a new job (under Recruitment ATS).
  3. Sign in using the email assigned to your Tes account. There’s no need to create a new account or log in using your Schrole details


If it’s your first time logging in or you have 2-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted to authenticate your account using a one-time passcode.

Now you’re logged in and ready to create a job vacancy.
